What is a Conceptual Design Package?
A Conceptual Design Package answers the question, "What could this look like?" It works through various design iterations and focuses on one to three designs, giving you more opportunities to explore and  choose what is right for you. 
 
How is it different from the Vision Package?
While the Vision Package details opportunities and helps to provide a design direction for a project, a Conceptual Design package takes it a step further and provides actual floor plans and elevations.  
 
What else is included?
Besides multiple floor plans and elevations, you also get 3D drawings to help you visualize how rooms and buildings would look. We will also meet over zoom and discuss what aspects of the designs are most beneficial to you, giving you the confidence that the final design is exactly what you want and need.
 
How long does it take?
A Conceptual Design Package takes about 4 weeks to complete.
