What is a Vision Package?
A Vision Package is a pre-design service that answers the question, "what are the possibilities?" It provides a SWOT analysis of the property and gives a break down of design suggestions for the use of the property or space.
 
How is it different from a Feasibility Study or a Conceptual Design Package?
Unlike a Feasibility Study that focuses on code and zoning or a Conceptual Design Package that draws out possible floor plans, a Vision Package details opportunities and  helps to provide a design direction for a project. This is ideal for deciding between properties or getting a professional opinion on a currently owned one.
 
How long does it take?
A Vision Package takes about 2 weeks to complete after the site visit. 
 
What's Included?
The package includes a 2-hour meeting on-site, where we walk through the project and discuss the potential. After the meeting, the Vision Package is put together summarizing and adding to the results of the on-site meeting.
 
What's Not Included?
Travel to the project site is not included in the package. Travel expenses include airfare, transportation, hotel and meals. Fees are estimated prior to travel and must be paid in order to book the site visit.
