Terms and Conditions of Service
Effective as of 4/7/2025.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of architectural services and digital products provided by Erika Culmer ("Provider"). By purchasing or engaging any service or product from Erika Culmer, the client ("Client") agrees to the following:

1. Instruments of Service and Copyright
   All digital products, including but not limited to drawings, plans, reports, templates, and similar materials, are considered instruments of service. The copyright and ownership of all such materials remain exclusively with Erika Culmer, regardless of whether the Client has paid for access or use. The Client is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for the purposes intended and within the scope of the project.

2. No Refund Policy
   The Client may request a refund within three (3) calendar days of the original purchase date. After this period, all sales are considered final and no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any service or product.

3. Service Bundles and Redemption Period
   Any bundled service packages purchased are valid for redemption for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase. After this period, any unredeemed services will be forfeited. No credit, refund, or substitution will be provided for services not used within this time frame.

4. Travel Requirements and Fees
   Certain services may require travel, including but not limited to site visits, consultations, or inspections. Travel fees are not included in the base service fees. All travel-related expenses must be paid in full prior to any travel or site visit being scheduled or completed.

5. Jurisdictional Requirements and Additional Work
   In some cases, jurisdictions may require additional modifications or documentation for residential or commercial house plans. Erika Culmer reserves the right to charge additional fees for any extra work that may be required to meet such jurisdictional regulations or requests.

6. Client Responsibility for Appointments
   The Client is solely responsible for booking and attending appointments associated with any prepaid service. Missed, canceled, or rescheduled appointments without proper notice may result in forfeiture of the session or additional fees, at the discretion of the Provider.
